The founder

I started in 2017 building websites. Then I noticed the pattern.

Clients were happy, the work looked sharp — and yet the phone didn't always ring. I realised we'd been solving the wrong problem. The market is full of businesses that don't have a design problem; they have a being-understood problem.

So I stopped studying design trends and started studying decisions — how people actually choose who to trust, what makes them hesitate, what makes them act. We rebuilt how we work around that. Nine years on, I'm certain of one thing: the businesses that win online aren't the ones that look the best. They're the ones that are understood the fastest.
